Colleagues from Velle set us the task of developing a chatbot in order to develop a loyalty program, as well as to analyze the preferences of customers of the brand's products. The challenge was to ensure communication between the CRM and the chatbot, since the phone number was not enough to issue loyalty cards.

To conduct a survey of customer satisfaction with the product, increase brand loyalty, and create a base of loyal customers for further interaction on the development of new products.
Solution
We suggested using a chatbot in Telegram + Low Code technology. To build the logic of the chatbot, the BotHelp constructor was selected, the Albato service in conjunction with Google Sheets was used to export survey results, and the Exdll_Cards service in conjunction with the Velle database was used to issue loyalty cards.

Project results
The client received a working castdev bot with the ability to issue loyalty cards and the ability to send newsletters in less than 3 weeks. Later, the chatbot became a tool for the R&D department with the ability to assess satisfaction with each product on several points, as well as contact customers to clarify the details of their product reviews.
